1. Introduction

Blerify Inc. (“Blerify”, “we” or “our”) provides an ID Wallet (the “App”), an identity wallet that allows people (“users” or “you”):

    • Receive, store and present digital credentials;

    • Generate and manage cryptographic keys;

    • Receive notifications;

    • View and redeem benefits;

    • View events;

    • Interacting with smart contracts on blockchain networks; and

    • Access other functionalities that may be added from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes how Blerify collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the App and related services, including developer tools and the website located at https://www.blerify.com (collectively, the “Services”).

ID Wallet is a mobile application that does not collect personal information from users when creating a profile. We do not have access to your private keys, verifiable credentials, or identity documents. All sensitive data is stored locally on your device and can optionally be backed up to your private cloud storage, under your exclusive control.

We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy together with our Terms of Service, which govern the use of the Services.


2. Information You Provide

By using the App and Services, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

Transaction Information
Your private cryptographic keys, credentials, and identity documents are never transmitted to or stored by Blerify. They remain under your exclusive custody. However, to enable verifiability and continuity of service, we may temporarily process and store:
(i) the date and time of profile creation, and
(ii) their Decentralized Identifiers (DID).

This information is not considered personally identifiable and is used solely to generate anonymous analytics and facilitate interactions between owners, issuers, and verifiers.

Information Shared Voluntarily
You may choose to interact with third-party services or verifiers using your Wallet ID. Blerify has no visibility into or control over the content of such disclosures. You are solely responsible for the information you share with third parties when submitting credentials and data.

Customer Support
If you contact our support team, we may retain the content of your communications, including your name, identifiers, email address, or other data you voluntarily provide, solely to resolve your request and improve our services.

Usage and Diagnostic Data (Pseudonymized)
We may collect technical and performance data, such as:

    • error and failure logs;

    • General analytics on the use of functions (e.g., completion of credential issuance flows);

    • device metadata (such as operating system version or model);

    • pseudonymized IP address and push notification tokens (if enabled).

This information is collected in a pseudonymized form and is never used to personally identify users.


3. How We Use the Information

We use the limited information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services securely and with respect for privacy. This includes:

    • Provide the requested services

    • Answering support inquiries

    • Analyze service usage and performance in a pseudonymized manner

    • Investigate possible violations of the Terms of Service

    • Send essential updates or notifications

We do not use your information for advertising or behavioral tracking, nor do we sell or monetize your data under any circumstances. We will not use your information for purposes other than those described without your explicit consent.


4. Sharing with Affiliates

If you choose to link your ID Wallet with affiliated services or connected accounts, we may share limited technical information with such affiliates or integration partners solely to enable interoperability and provide the requested Services.

This does not include access to your profile data, private keys, or credentials, unless explicitly authorized by you. You can manage your integrations at any time from your Wallet ID settings.


5. marketing

Blerify does not sell or rent your personal information.

The communications you receive will only be about essential service updates or optional features you have enabled.

Where permitted by law, we may send you product updates related to your use of ID Wallet. You can manage your preferences at any time.

We do not send third-party advertising or use tracking technologies for advertising purposes.


6. Sharing with Third Parties

When you use lan ID Wallet To carry out a transaction or connect with another person or organization, they may access limited information necessary for the interaction, such as:

    • Your decentralized identifier (DID)

    • Credential metadata

    • Other data that you authorize to be shared

Once shared, this information may be stored or reused by third parties. Blerify does not control its use.


7. Information in User Interactions

When interacting with other people or organizations, they may receive information necessary to complete the interaction (e.g., DID or proof of credential validity).

These third parties may store or process this information. Blerify does not monitor or control these interactions and is not responsible for the use of this data.

You can disconnect from these organizations at any time from the ID Wallet.


8. Communications and Notifications

Blerify may send you technical or legal communications related to the use of the App, such as:

    • Changes to the service

    • Security updates

    • Information necessary for its operation

These can be sent via app, push notifications, or email.

Additionally, third parties connected to your Wallet ID (issuers, verifiers, etc.) may send you notifications. Blerify does not control or access these communications.


9. Third-Party Services, Diagnostics, and Legal Disclosures

We use third-party providers to operate and improve the Services (infrastructure, diagnostics, analytics). These providers may process pseudonymized technical data such as:

    • Error logs

    • performance metrics

    • Notification tokens

They do not have access to your credentials or private keys and are subject to security obligations.

We can also disclose limited information:

    • When required by law

    • To prevent fraud or abuse

    • In corporate processes (merger, acquisition, etc.), guaranteeing equivalent protection
